HAVPLAN The Danish Defence's danger and exercise areas as-is
Description
The list of ‘Defence danger and exercise areas as-is’, reported to HAVPLAN.DK, is set out in Act No 336 of 6 June 1991, Order No 73 of 30 January 2002, Order No 64 of 30 January 2002 and BL7-20 Edition 5 of 9 December 2015, Provisions prohibiting or restricting air transport within certain areas and the Shooting Annex to Intelligence for seafarers No 1. The layer shows the Defence's permanent shooting and practice areas going forward. However, the defense's shooting and practice activities are not limited to these areas. As the Act and the Orders are not always sufficient with regard to positioning, the individual area has been brought into line with the area's display in the official electronic charts published by the Danish Geodata Agency (GST). The inventory is kept up-to-date in accordance with any corrections to the notices. Temporary shooting and practice areas are not introduced into the layer, but are advised in intelligence for seafarers on an equal footing as active-ringing of the permanent shooting and practice areas.
