KEMIT WMS service for land improvement GIS data of the Agriculture and Food Board (WMS)
Description
Service provided by the Information Technology Centre of the Ministry of the Environment, where public GIS layers of land improvement by the Agriculture and Food Board can be viewed (WMS). Layers have the same data as in the register of land improvement systems, but with a one-day delay, i.e. if, for example, an entry (or a change in an entry) in the register of land improvement systems occurs on 14 March, then this entry (or a change in this entry) reaches the layer of this service on 15 March.
The following layers can be viewed through the service:
1) Areas of the regulatory network of land improvement systems (msr_vork)
2) Upstreams of land improvement systems (msr_frontstream)
3) Common recipient currents maintained by the state (msr_country recipient currents)
4) Areas of activity of land improvement associations (mpy_area of activity)

ms_code — code for the land improvement system
Building_code - Building code of the land improvement system
building_name - name of the building in the land improvement system
nahtus_type - phenomenon type code for the Restriction Information System (KPOIS)
nahtus_seletus_lyhi - explanation of phenomenon type code
‘2.7.2.2’ means the network regulating the building of a land improvement system;
Rain - code specifying the type of regulatory network
‘0’ for the regulatory network of drainage systems
‘1’ means the regulatory network of the sprinkler system;
Surface_ha – Hectares of land improvement system building
year - year of commissioning of the building of the land improvement system
vork_id is the building identifier of the land improvement system composed as follows: ms_code + building_code.
ms_url – reference to this land improvement system in the register of land improvement systems
creation_time – time of the initial inclusion of the building of the land improvement system in the GIS database of the Agriculture and Food Board (PTA)
modification_time – time of the last modification of the building of the land improvement system in the GIS database of the AFB
geoserver_modified - technical field in the KEMIT service

building_name - name of the building in the land improvement system
ev_part - number allocated to distinguish different parts of the artificial recipient of the same building in the land improvement system
kkr_code – registry code of the water pipeline (former environmental register code)
vname - name of the water main
nahtus_type - phenomenon type code for the Restriction Information System (KPOIS)
nahtus_seletus_lyhi - explanation of phenomenon type code
"2.3.1.9" means the open artificial recipient of a land improvement system with a catchment area of more than 25 km2
"2.3.1.10" means the open artificial recipient of the land improvement system with a catchment area of 10-25 km2
"2.3.1.11" means the open artificial recipient of a land improvement system with a catchment area of up to 10 km2
"2.3.1.12" means the collector drainage of a land improvement system with a catchment area of more than 25 km2
"2.3.1.13" - collector drainage of the land improvement system with a catchment area of 10-25 km2
"2.3.1.14" means the collector drainage of a land improvement system with a catchment area of up to 10 km2
length_km – length of the artificial part of the building of the land improvement system in kilometres by spatial shape
ev_id is an identifier for a water main formed as follows: ms_code + building_code + ev_part
ms_url – reference to this land improvement system in the register of land improvement systems
Creation_time – time of initial input of the front-end into the AFB GIS database
change_time – time of last change of the front-end in the AFB GIS database
geoserver_modified - technical field in the KEMIT service

"2.3.1.12" means the collector drainage of a land improvement system with a catchment area of more than 25 km2
"2.3.1.13" - collector drainage of the land improvement system with a catchment area of 10-25 km2
"2.3.1.14" means the collector drainage of a land improvement system with a catchment area of up to 10 km2
length_km – length in km of the part of the shared current maintained by the State according to spatial shape
rev_id is the identifier of the part of the common current maintained by the State which is composed as follows: ms_code + building_code + ev_part
ms_url – reference to this land improvement system in the register of land improvement systems
Creation_time – time of initial inclusion of the nationally maintained common current in the AFB GIS database
change_time – time of the last change of the common current maintained by the state in the GIS database of the AFB

vork_pind_ha – hectares of the area of the regulatory network located in the area of operation of the land improvement association
y_eesv_Length_km – length in kilometres of the joint drains located in the area of operation of the land improvement association
animal_time – time of initial inclusion of the area of activity of the land improvement association in the AFB’s GIS database
change_time – time of the last change in the area of activity of the land improvement association in the GIS database of the AFB
