Regional forecast key figures; 2011-2040
Description
This table contains figures on the future size and evolution of the
population of the Netherlands by region.
The following data are available:
— Population by age and region;
— Population by origin group and generation by region;
— Live births, deceased, immigration, emigration including the balance
administrative corrections, establishment from other municipalities and
go to other municipalities by region.
The basis for the regions for all periods listed in the table is the
situation as of 1 January 2011.
Data available from: 2011
Status of the figures:
All figures included in the table are calculated forecast figures.
Changes as of 12 October 2011:
The new forecast has been revised on the basis of the latest insights,
the forecast period now runs from 2011 to 2040.
When will there be new figures?
The new regional forecast will be released in 2013.
