Regional forecast 2014-2040; population, region classification 2013
Description
This table provides forecasts on the composition of the population by gender, age and region on 1 January.
The basis for the regions for all the periods set out in the table is the situation as at 1 January 2013. In addition to parts of the country, provinces and COROP areas, these are municipalities that have 100 000 or more inhabitants on 1 January 2013 or at any time in the period 2014-2040 (presumably) 100 000.

Status of the figures:
All figures included in the table are forecast figures calculated.
Changes as of 1 October 2013:
In this new table, the previous forecast has been revised on the basis of the latest insights, the forecast period now runs from 2014 to 2040.
Changes as of 12 September 2016:
