Rescue chain in Saxony — collecting places for rescue vehicles during rescue operations
Description
The data set contains the meeting points for the rescue service in the Saxon forest. Rescue points are collection points for rescue vehicles, foresters and emergency personnel during a fire and to coordinate rescue operations in the event of forest accidents, but where there is no helipad option. At each rescue point, in addition to its unique national identification number and geographical and UTM coordinates, a description of the location and type of rescue point (helicopter landing site, ambulance meeting point, etc.) are given. The data is used for the forest fire protection card and the map of the rescue points on a scale of 1:25,000.
