Air - Immission traffic forecast 2030 Elemental Carbon (soot)
Description
File provides a forecast of the air quality on soot (Elementary Carbon or EC) around national, provincial and municipal roads in Gelderland for the year 2030. Soot is one of the fractions of fine dust. There is a clear relationship between soot and health damage. No official limit or test value has yet been set for EC. The data have been calculated nationally using the Monitoring Tool. For each road section, the concentration is indicated at 10 meters from the edge of the road. The air quality is shown in five concentration classes. Any other sources are included in the background concentration. However, the main source of soot is traffic.
