Data source: the Ministry of Finance Format for the provision of information: .excel Description of the data: The table contains a list of planned centralised public supply and service contracts subject to public procurement to be opened in 2024 by the Central Purchasing Authority (CPA) for the needs of the executive authorities under Council of Ministers Decree No 385/2015. The table also indicates the term of validity of the framework agreements planned for conclusion by the CSC, in months, as well as a planned time limit for the opening of the contract. Normative basis: Public Procurement Act (PPA) Council of Ministers Decree No 385/2015 Concepts and definitions: CSC - Central Purchasing Authority - established by an act of the Council of Ministers for the needs of the administrations of the executive power; PPA - Public Procurement Act Council of Ministers Decree FWC - Framework agreement - Technique/Procurement instrument based on the procedures provided for in the PPA; A framework agreement shall be concluded between one or more contracting entities and one or more contractors for the purpose of defining the terms governing contracts to be awarded during a given period, including prices and, where possible, quantities.
