Average WOZ value of dwellings on 1 January; property, region
Description
In this table, the average WOZ value of dwellings is published on 1 January. The figures are broken down by ownership of the property (except dwellings where the property is unknown) and by regional classification.
Under the regional division a breakdown was made by the Netherlands total, part of the country, province, COROP area and municipality.
For municipalities where a municipal reclassification has taken place, the figures between the years are not very comparable.
Population:
The population is the housing stock according to the BAG on 1 January, as determined by CBS.
Data available from: 2019
Status of the figures:
The figures with the total average WOZ value of 2019, 2020 and 2021 are final and based on the October 2022 LVWOZ extract.
The figures with the total average WOZ value of 2022 are further provisional and based on the October 2022 LVWOZ extract.
Amendments as of 24 November 2022:
If a property in the LVWOZ has no value, it is imputated by CBS. Thanks to this method, the average WOZ value can be published for more property and region breakdowns.
The further preliminary figures for 2022 have been added. The figures for 2019, 2020 and 2021 have been revised and now have the status definitive.
When will there be new figures?
The preliminary figures for 2023 will be published in July 2023. These do not yet contain any ownership split. In November 2023, the further preliminary 2023 figures will be published with ownership breakdowns and 2022 figures will become final.
