Description
Changing the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes is permitted, depending on the productive qualities of the land and the objectives of the change, by an interdepartmental commission in the Regional Directorate for Agriculture, at their location, if the area is up to 50 decares, from the fifth to the tenth category or is not irrigated.
