Site suitability of forest areas for wind turbines (WEA) within the scope of the flexibility clause pursuant to § 20(3) SächsLPlG
Description
The geodata visualize whether a forest area is suitable as a location for the construction of wind turbines, taking into account forestry, nature conservation and water law criteria. The basis is the assignment of legal and special forest functions to categories A – Exclusion area for wind turbines in the forest, B – Site-based individual assessment required, C – Site suitable/no conflicting forest functions.
