Exclusion areas pursuant to § 10(1) ThürGAPVO
Description
Section 10 of the ThürGAPVO defines exclusion areas on whose land areas are excluded from aid for the use of eco-schemes pursuant to Paragraph 20(1)(b) of the GAPDZG for conflicting reasons of nature conservation.
For eco-scheme 1 b greening with authorised flower mixtures, an exclusion setting shall apply on which flower strips and areas may not be applied in accordance with point 1.2 of Appendix 5 GAPDZV. The scope of exclusion serves to protect the species of particularly valuable segetal flora found in arable margins and is intended to avoid the entry of non-resident arable wild herbs with potential negative effects on the segetal flora (agricultural companion flora).
The basis for the identification of these exclusion areas is the findings of species of arable accompanying flora found in the Red Lists of Thuringia or Germany of category 1, 2, 3 or R, which are re-educated to referenced area data due to special regional circumstances.
The Scene Production and Creation Process Description was prepared by the State Office for the Environment, Mining and Nature Conservation (TLUBN), taking into account the concerns of nature conservation and in coordination with the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Nature Conservation (TMUEN) and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Agriculture (TMIL).
The update is scheduled for 1 February of each year.
Until the publication of the ThürGAPVO, planned in spring 2023, the VO text is considered provisional. The exclusion areas according to § 10 ThürGAPVO are provided as VORABINFORMATION.
