2016 - 2017 Biannual Report July Pursuant to Local Law 93 of 2015, the Department of Education is required to provide reports on student discipline data (suspension data) to the City Council twice a year (October 31 and March 31). The March reporting requires citywide suspension data by month for the first half of the academic year, July through December. Per the legislation and in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act or FERPA, any value from zero (0) to five (5) has been redacted.
