Description
The short-term forecast is an update of the 2004-2050 long-term forecast based on observations now available.
This long-term forecast was published in early 2004. In the short-term forecast, figures were updated until 1 January 2011.
For the post-2011 period, reference is made to long-term forecast figures.
Data available: 2006 to 2011.
