Description
This report documents instrumentation protocol changes occurring between the 2011 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) and the 2012 NSDUH. This summary document is divided into three topics: 1) computer-assisted interviewing (CAI) screening instrument, 2) the CAI Questionnaire, and 3) the interviewer materials.
