2008 Constituent Satisfaction Survey Results
Description
The Constituent Satisfaction Survey is the County's comprehensive survey that assesses resident satisfaction with County services. Arlington County conducted its first comprehensive satisfaction survey in 2004. The County uses the survey results as an additional tool to measure its performance and enable more effective management of community services.
