2.26 City Clerk PRR Fulfillment Rate (summary) - Depreciated

The City Clerk’s office maintains a Public Records Log that tracks any Public Records Requests received directly by the City Clerk’s office. Most records are fulfilled within three business days. Some records may take longer due to redactions required by law, and the amount of data requested by the Requestor. Public Records Requests are also received directly by other city departments, such as the Police Department and Community Development, who directly respond to those requests. Members of the public can also obtain published records and/or information without making a request, through sources such as the City of Tempe’s website www.tempe.gov, online in databases, and Tempe’s Open Data Portal at open.tempe.gov.
