Deposition measuring stations for monitoring pollutants from the air
Description
At the deposition measuring stations, parameters for monitoring pollutants from the air are recorded year-round in a regular cycle (28 days) with various measuring devices. Electrically cooled precipitation collectors (electrically cooled bulk, wet only) and passive collectors for the determination of gaseous ammonia and NO2 concentrations are installed to monitor eutrophic and acidifying inputs. The entry of metals is determined by collecting dust precipitation (Bergerhoff method). Measurement data can be obtained from the LfU data centre for a fee.
