Series Land Cover cut-off date 15.10.2023

Description

The product Land Cover provides information on 6 land cover classes throughout Austria (high, medium and low vegetation, buildings, soils, waters). The data set Land Cover is derived from remote sensing data (digital orthophotos, digital surface model from aerial images, digital terrain height model from ALS flight) by means of automated processes and is available as a grid with a resolution of 20 cm. The series contains a total of 31 operates, which together cover the territory of Austria. The 31 operations are from the aerial period 2020-2023. Reference date = creation date: The data for this day is the most up-to-date database of the BEV. This is not the same as the date of recording or surveying.
