The data set contains the polygons of the 4 administrative districts of Baden-Württemberg.
The geometry data of the administrative district boundary 1:2,000 (data source: Surveying on site) originates from the ALKIS topic “Governmental District” of the “User Oriented Geobase Data Baden-Württemberg (NORA_BW)” and are linked to the factual attributes of the State Statistical Office Baden-Württemberg after a geometric validation in the UIS.
Analogously with the administrative district boundary 1:10.000 (data source: Capture from the Digital Orthophoto). The geometry data used for this purpose comes from the basic DLM topic “Government District” from NORA_BW. This data set is also validated geometrically and enriched with regard to the factual data. In addition, in the area of Lake Constance, the shoreline of the AWGN specialist objects “Bodensee – Obersee” and “Bodensee – Untersee” is used as a border line.
