Technical definition of a uniform implementation of data resource interface services (target state technology architecture). (9.1.2012)
The definition describes the technical guidelines for the implementation of IT service interfaces and defines how the responsibilities between the organisation inviting and providing the service are divided. The definition does not take a position on individual interfaces or on how these interfaces will be implemented in practice.
The solution models described in the definition were originally designed to be used in the interfaces of basic data repositories, but the specifications can also be applied to other interfaces of public administration information systems services and data transmission solutions.
The target groups for the definition are:
— developers of public administration information systems
— system development project leaders and experts
— responsibility for technology architecture.
The Pera specifications have been updated and transferred to the gateway reference framework.
