Description
The Fertiliser Ordinance §§ 5, 13a , WHG §38a and GAPKondV § 15 define management requirements for the protection of surface waters, partly taking into account an average slope, inland from the upper edge of the embankment. Support for EU agricultural funding is based on the edges of water bodies. The upper edge of the embankment is not available as a topographical element in the country BB. In coordination with the water and agriculture departments, the water design limit is used as a substitute. This is formed from the ATKIS water objects, taking into account the digital field block register and geometrically represents the surface waters to be protected.
