Description
In the Fertiliser Ordinance §§ 5, 13a, WHG §38a and in GAPKondV § 15, management requirements for the protection of surface waters, partly taking into account an average slope inclination, are defined inland from the top of water. EU agricultural subsidies are based on the water edges. The upper edge of water is not available as a topographical element in the country BB. In coordination of the water and agriculture departments, the water assessment limit is used as a substitute. This is formed from the ATKIS water objects, taking into account the digital field block cadastre and represents geometrically the surface waters to be protected
