WFS Official Property Register Information System MV with Owner Information Simplified (WFS_MV_ALKIS_E_Simplified)
Description
The spatial data of the Property Register are kept in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). All land plots and buildings (living facilities) are documented in the real estate register for the territory of the country. Proof of the properties includes their location, use, size and essential topographical characteristics. It also contains information on owners, hereditary and beneficial owners, as well as for agricultural land, the results of the soil estimation. Ownership information is available in this service. For the examination of the legitimate interest and the manual setting up of technical access, a time charge is charged according to the Surveying Costs Ordinance (VermKostVO M-V).
