Description
The data set ‘Land Use Plan Aachen’ reflects the geographical scope of the Land Use Plan of the City of Aachen, which became legally effective on 28 January 2022. The Land Use Plan (FNP) was drawn up by the Department ‘FB 61/100 - Preparatory land use planning’ on the basis of §2(1) and §6(5) of the Building Code (BauGB) under the project name ‘FNP AACHEN*2030’. In addition to the date of legal validity, the data set also provides a hyperlink to download all relevant documents as factual information. The documents include the main plan and annex as PDF maps, the justification, the environmental report and the summary statement. In the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, there is a statutory publication obligation for land use plans in accordance with the provisions of the INSPIRE Directive and the Geodata Access Act of North Rhine-Westphalia. The data fall under the topic of "land use" from Annex III of the INSPIRE Directive. The dataset is published under an Open Data license (CC BY-ND 4.0).
