The development plan Bergstedt 13 for the area of application of the town centre Bergstedt (District of Wandsbek, district 524) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Furtredder — Rodenbeker Straße — Bergstedter Kirchenstraße — Wohldorfer Damm — Bergstedter Kirchenstraße — Bergstedter Chaussee — Bergstedter Kirchenstraße — Bergstedter Alte Landstraße — Volksdorfer Damm — Bergstedter Chaussee — East borders of the parcels 885, 884, 1933, 891, 892, southern boundary of the landmark of Bergstedt — Bredeneschredder — southern boundary of parcel 513, West boundary of parcels 513, 512, 511, 510 of the Bergstedt — Bergstedter Chaussee area — south, east and west borders of parcel 2404, western boundary of parcel 2405, over parcels 2587 and 2618 of the Bergstedt — Furtstieg — east and south boundary of parcel 2617, southern boundary of parcel 2156 of the Bergstedt area.
