Land use plan City of Peine
Description
It follows from Paragraph 1(3) of the Baugesetzbuch that it is necessary to draw up the land use plan. It specifies the planned urban development, which in turn derives from the objectives of spatial planning and regional planning. At the same time, binding development plans from the land use plan are developed. The land use plan of the city of Peine was final on 3.12.2003 and supplemented in the new announcement on 26 April 2004.
