Digital building block map Hamburg
Description
The Landesbetrieb Geoinformation und Vermessung (LGV), in cooperation with the Office for Regional Planning (LP) and the Statistical Office North (StaNord), has created a digital building block map based on the official property map (ALKIS). Changes are bundled as much as possible and introduced in the fourth quarter of each year. The changes are provided yearly in xls tables (LGV-SharePoint or SDP).
In 2015, the classification was changed to gross blocks, the old presentation in the form of net blocks was frozen at the beginning of 2014 and can be purchased separately if required.
Net construction block = Road areas do not belong to any construction block
Gross construction block = road areas are allocated proportionally to the neighbouring net construction blocks
