Development plan Tonndorf 17-Jenfeld 15 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance on the Tonndorf 17/Jenfeld 15 development plan of 24 June 1975 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 129) is replaced by the following:
"Retail establishments shall not be permitted in the industrial areas unless they trade, exhibit or store vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other surface-consuming articles, including accessories, or building materials, tools, gardening equipment and other construction and gardening supplies; Exceptions for entertainment venues are excluded. In addition, with the exception of the parcel of land 1873 (new: 2802) of the Tonndorf district excludes commercial recreational facilities (such as squash and tennis halls, bowling alleys).’
