Expansion zones of the recognised and Flemish nature reserves
Description
The Nature Conservation Decree stipulates that the Flemish Region has the right of pre-emption when selling real estate in certain areas. This dataset demarcates one of these areas, in particular the expansion zones of the nature reserves, located within the green and forest areas, the forest expansion areas and the zoning areas similar to all these areas depending on the plans of construction or the spatial implementation plans in force in spatial planning, or the VEN. The digital file is not a legal document.
