Description
The landscape plan of the city of Herne has been in force since November 2, 1989.
It defines the objectives for the development of nature and landscape and the resulting protective and care measures in the building exterior.
The development objectives are binding on authorities and provide information on the priorities of the landscape development tasks to be carried out in the planned area.
The fixings specify the binding measures for the conservation or development of nature and landscape.
