Description
Supra-communal boundaries in which an administrative procedure develops or revises a Territorial Energy Climate Plan (PCAET).
EPCI with own taxation (communities of municipalities, agglomeration communities, urban communities and metropolises) existing on 1 January 2017 and with more than 20,000 inhabitants must adopt and upload their PCAETs by 31 December 2018. (reference: Article L.229-26 of the Environmental Code).
