Parks and green spaces (points)
Description
The most important municipal parks include Bürgerwiese, Blüherpark, Rosengarten and Staudengarten. Many other parks and green spaces such as the Alaunplatz, the Beutlerpark or Leutewitzer Volkspark are often used by the Dresden residents for a stay in the countryside.
In order for everyone to recover and for the green spaces and parks to remain in good condition, mutual consideration and compliance with safety, order and cleanliness are essential. For example, in playgrounds smoking, drinking alcohol and the consumption of intoxicants is prohibited and punished with a fine.
The legal basis is the statute on green spaces (statute on permits and fees for special use of the public green spaces of the state capital Dresden) of 27 January 2011 in the currently valid version).
In the list of municipal public green and recreational facilities of the state capital Dresden, which belongs to the statutes, the corresponding green areas are registered.
