Real estate map NRW in greyscale: The representation of the real estate register NRW has been derived from the secondary data stock available at the Geodatenzentrum NRW. The timeliness of the underlying data can be queried via the GetFeatureInfo layer. The main contents of the property register such as land plots, buildings, actual use and topography, including the corresponding labels and symbols, are presented and presented in accordance with the AdV signature catalogue. In doing so, the group “Tatechal Use” includes the same object area and contains the information of the object type groups “Siedlung”, “Transport”, “Vegetation” and “Waits”. This area of object defines the seamless, overlap-free and comprehensive description of the Earth’s surface. The group “Legal Provisions” includes the object area “Legal definitions, territorial units, catalogues” and contains the object type group “Public law and other definitions”. The property register is proof of the results of the official soil assessment in the sense of the Par. 11 of the Soil Estimation Act. In the property register, the valuation according to the valuation act is only informative. The service only delivers official coordinates in the default coordinate reference system with EPSG code 25832. If other coordinate systems supported by the service are selected for map representation, a corresponding transformation is performed on the server side, which is subject to inaccuracies. Geobasis NRW assumes no responsibility for the non-official coordinates supplied by transformation. Status of the data used: 01.04.2022.
