Descriptions of xml structures in government decision documents and xml structure specifications (schemes)

Description

Descriptions of xml structures and xml structure specifications (schemes) have been made for government decision documents. The definition of XML schemes concerns the common types of documents between the Government and Parliament and they are used in document traffic between the Government and Parliament. The structure is defined for the following types of documents:

— Government proposal (government/extent/treaty)
— Confirm the law
— Government Decree, Presidential Decree, Ministerial Decree
— Government statement (U), Government letter (sid)
— Open statement by the President of the Republic

Schemas are modular according to the JHS 170 recommendation, i.e. the structure consists of several schemas.

The design package consists of the following elements:

— Descriptions of the schemas and layouts of government decision documents – Skeema Report version1.0 – 18 (new version of 31 August 2017)
— Description tables of metadata and constituents
— HTML and PDF @-@ layout examples
— PDF @-@ layout template settings
— Schema (31.8.2017 new versions)
— XML @-@ templates for different document types
— Altova XML Spy – user manual for the tool

Governance principles have been described for the joint document structures of the Government and Parliament, and the change management process of the schemos has been defined.
