Description
The development plan St. Pauli 40/Rotherbaum 34 for the area between Schanzenstraße and Karolinenstraße, on both sides of Lagerstraße to Vorwerkstraße/Grabenstraße (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 108; District Eimsbüttel, district 311), is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Schanzenstraße — via the parcels 1797, 1764, 1744 and 1799 (old: 1550 — railway facilities) of the Rotherbaum area — northern boundary of the parcel 1799 (old: 738), north and east boundary of parcel 1800 (old: 738 — Rentzelstraße), via parcels 1411 and 732 (Karolinenstraße), western boundary of parcel 732, southern boundary of parcel 692 (Grabenstraße) of the area St. Pauli-Nord — Grabenstraße — via parcel 690 (Vorwerkstraße), southern boundary of parcel 1805 (old: 1655), about the parcel 1805 (old: 1655), southern boundary of parcel 1801 (old: 1683 -Lagerstraße) of the area St. Pauli-Nord — Lagerstraße.
