According to the German Federal Network Agency’s “Guide to the Authorisation of Individual Network Charges pursuant to Section 19(2), sentence 1 and of exemptions from network charges pursuant to Section 19(2), second sentence, of the StromNEV (as of September 2011)” of the Bundesnetzagentur, the high-load windows included in the network area of Vattenfall Europe Distribution Berlin GmbH apply in the network area of Vattenfall Europe Distribution Berlin GmbH.
