Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Obere Halde” of the town of Weingarten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With regard to the admissibility or licensing of retail or entertainment venues, a strategic development plan may need to be observed or reference is made to the currently valid retail concept or the currently valid amusement site concept of the city of Weingarten.
