Description

Under the Wrecked, Abandoned or Hazardous Vessels Act (WAHVA), Transport Canada may sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of a vessel, a wreck or its content. This bulletin board consists of a list of problem vessels for which the Navigation Protection Program (NPP) wants to take an action or is looking for the owner.
