Description

The resource contains a list of citizens who are on the housing register to improve housing conditions I. General provisions 1.1. According to the Constitution of Ukraine, the Housing Code of the Ukrainian SSR, the Rules of Accounting of Citizens who need to improve living conditions, and providing them with residential premises in the Ukrainian SSR (hereinafter - the Rules), everyone has the right to housing. In order to ensure a unified and integrated approach to the distribution of housing in Dnipro, establishment of control and simplification of the procedure for housing provision, by means of its centralization by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Dnipropetrovsk City Council dated July 24, 2013, 23/37 "On settlement of certain issues related to communal property of the territorial community of the city" (with amendments) approved the Procedure for distribution and provision of residential premises in Dnipro (hereinafter - the Procedure). 1.2. The housing fund. Housing stock, which is subject to distribution and provision to citizens, in accordance with the approved Procedure is formed from residential premises that come into the ownership of the territorial community of Dnipro, residential premises of the re-setting of communal property and residential premises of the state form of ownership, which are subject to distribution.
