ALKIS NW Historical Floor Plan Data
Description
For all parcels of land, the property cadastre shows their shape (geometry including determining coordinates), location, use, size, development and other characteristics such as the location designation and the parcel identifier. In addition to the geometric features of a building, descriptive properties such as building function, year of construction, construction method and information on the location are also kept. In addition, the scope of data includes: Characteristic topography, actual use, soil estimation, relief/landform and public law and other stipulations. At the end of a year, the datasets of the floor plan data (stock data extract) are historicized and made available as time sections. The annual averages will be available from 2016.
