Building Protection Areas
Description
The building protection areas (Saarbruecken Airport, Marpingen gliding area). They are of public interest than, on the one hand, a building permit for construction applications for the construction of buildings, construction facilities, overhead lines, masts, dams and other installations and equipment, etc. under certain conditions (heights, distances) may be granted only with the approval of the Authority of the Aviation Authority, or from another approval authority, the Authority must obtain the approval from the Aviation Authority and, secondly, in the aforementioned cases of projects which do not require a construction or other permit, the Aviation Authority is required to grant the approval for aviation safety reasons. (cf. ยงยง 12 and 15 of the Aviation Act).
