Description
A TOP stands for Tourist Transition Point. A 'junction' where various signposted and unsignposted cycling and walking routes come together. A TOP is easily accessible by car and has ample parking. In the vicinity of the TOP you can often find restaurants, for a cup of coffee and where a charging point for electric bicycles is available. In a number of cases, the catering at the TOP is also bicycle café / Cyclists Welcome! with extra service for the cycling holidaymaker. In addition to catering, in a number of regions (province of Utrecht) there are also Rest Points on private heirs where you can have a drink.
With all these facilities, a TOP is always a good starting point for anyone who loves walking and cycling.
