Description
A Water Point is a point that marks either a source point or an end point (either at a sink point or where the Water object enters the sea) of a Water Network Segment, a point along the Water Network Segment at which there is a transition, or a point along the Water Network Segment at which there is a junction with another Water Network Segment.
