Census of public land for housing
Description
Conducted under the State/ARUAG partnership agreement, this study identified all unoccupied and free public land (or with low) regulatory constraints for development.
The scope of the study concerns the municipalities of Cayenne, Rémire-Montjoly and Matoury.
The study was broken down into two phases: phase 1 identified available land and Phase 2 involved conducting field investigations on priority areas identified by DDE to establish site constraints.
Analysis reports containing a general description of the different municipalities and MSDSs for each sector are available for download on the AUDeG website.
