Cemetery constraints

All resource formats available for this dataset can be downloaded as ZIP packages: inside the package sarà available the resource in the chosen format, complete with all the information on the metadata and the license associated with it.

The dataset refers to the content of Royal Decree No 1265 of 27 July 1934 and Presidential Decree No 285 of 10 August 1990, the restriction concerns certain building restrictions within 200 metres of the perimeter of the cemetery. The City Council, after receiving favourable opinions from the competent structures, may reduce this distance.
