Spread of regular alcohol consumption in adolescents and young adults in Germany from 1973 to 2012
Description
Percentages of adolescents aged 12-25 and young adults in Germany who consume alcohol regularly, i.e. at least once a week, by different age groups and sex from 1973 to 2012.
Results of representative surveys conducted by the Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA).
Age of respondents in the various studies: 1973 and 1976 from 14 to 25 years; 2007 from 12 to 19 years; other studies 12 to 25 years. For the 1973, 1976 and 2007 studies, results are therefore not available for some age groups.
From 1993 onwards, including new Länder.
