WMS soil estimate information system MV (WMS_MV_BOSIS)
Description
This service provides the topic of soil estimation from ALKIS implemented data. The spatial data of the Property Register are kept in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). All land plots and buildings (living facilities) are documented in the real estate register for the territory of the country. Proof of the properties includes their location, use, size and essential topographical characteristics. It also contains information on owners, hereditary and beneficial owners, as well as for agricultural land, the results of the soil estimation. In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, the task of managing the real estate cadastre was transferred to the lower surveying and geoinformation authorities of the districts and district-free cities (uVGB). The data of these authorities are merged and made available in the Office for Geoinformation, Surveying and cadastral matters on a daily basis to form a country dataset.
