Description
Defined nature reserves of cantonal importance in the Indicative Plan 2011 Chapter L 2.5 Nature reserves. Nature reserves of cantonal importance (NkB) serve to secure biologically high-quality areas as well as species and biotope protection. These areas have the greatest biodiversity and the largest proportion of endangered and rare species in the canton. The municipalities ensure the compulsory protection of the NkB in the planning of use. The Indicative Plan 2011 Overall Map was adopted by the Grand Council on 20 September 2011.
