Description
The amount of the average annual rent payment in a way of permanent use of agricultural land for the lands in the municipalities in the territory of the Blagoevgrad district in BGN/dekar for the previous business year due for the following business year shall be calculated on the basis of more than half of the contracts entered in the Registry Office and registered with the Municipal Agricultural Offices, in accordance with §2e of the Additional Provisions of the Agricultural Land Ownership and Use Act.
