Description
A change of the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes shall be allowed in accordance with the productive qualities of the land and the objectives of the change by an interdepartmental committee in the Regional Directorate for Agriculture, where the area is up to 50 decares, from fifth to tenth category or not irrigated.
